I am 3 episodes in to Season 3.

Season 2 left off with Kendall appointed to take the fall for the Waystar cruise line scandal, but he ended up publicly pointing the finger at Logan.

This season they are trying to figure out how to deal with a Federal investigation and charges. Who should be the face of the company during the crisis? Kendall tries to recruit his siblings and other top execs to his side.

Keiran Culkin as Roman is my favorite character.

Episode 3 was a good one.

SPOILERMy favorite part was when Shiv tried to give a speech at a company rally, but Kendal sabotaged the event by playing Rape Me by Nirvana loudly through the PA system.

First couple of times I tried to watch this I couldn't stick with it, but now I'm all in. I binged the first two seasons in a week, and about to start the 3rd. Also, I noticed in the opening credits that Will Ferrell is listed as an executive director, although I have no idea if he has anything to do with the writing.

I never noticed that. Looks like he shared an Emmy in 2020 for Outstanding Drama Series.

While the series is technically drama, a lot of it is just plain funny with all the over the top characters. Season 3 Episode 3 I laughed my ass off the entire show.

I particularly enjoyed Kieran Culkin's portrayal of Roman in Season 3.

Another thing I really like is how, during conversation, they continually beat around the bush, never finish their sentences, and fail to state clearly what is actually on their mind.

Roman is my favorite too. When you see Kieran Culkin in interviews he doesn’t seem that much different from his character, while Kendall and Logan seem completely different. At first I had a hard time getting into it because it came off to me like Billions, where there isn’t hardly one likable character on the show. But I was wrong and I’m glad I stuck with it. I’m excited to start season 3.

Finally finished season 3. The best season so far in my opinion.

I'm re-binging this from the very beginning and actually paying attention this time, and this is now my favorite current show going. Like I said earlier, I just couldn't stick with it at first but I glad I gave it another chance. If anyone is looking for something to watch, I highly recommend it.

Looks like they're giving a more prominent role to Logan's assistant / lover, Kerry. They are lovers, right?

They're all in arrested development. They're mentally and emotionally children trying to act like they're more important or more powerful than they really are. Because Logan never gave them attention/love or autonomy. He was always in power and never let them have control over anything that was mission critical. Hence Connor flipping out over the butter at the black tie gala.

I disagree. Logan is out of touch with the way he world is changing. But he's a tough negotiator.

I'm liking the show but as can be the case with Adam McKay (and maybe Will Ferrell to a lesser degree) his personal politics come through as a little heavy handed sometimes. Like when they made Tucker Carlson a literal Nazi.

I like McKay's style (The Big Short is a really good movie) but he just needs to stick with telling a story. If the story fits your politics, fine. But don't shoehorn your politics where they don't belong.

Yeah, he wasn't in the wheelchair in seasons 1 and 2, but by season 3 he just kind of shows up that way with really no explanation. I believe there were rumors of him having syphilis in season two, but that's about it as far as medical issues being mentioned.
