Post an image of your first NFL hero

I had this Roger Staubach poster until it was weathered, worn, and torn. At an estate sale today, I found another in pristine condition for $8!

I can't figure out how to post pictures, but I had a Boy's Life magazine with OJ Simpson on the cover that I kept for years.

C'mon, guys, just go to google images, search, pick one and right-click, copy and paste. I'm not tech savvy at all, but I know that much. Will I get in trouble for posting something with Chicano in it?

Dallas or Pittsburgh always on tv. But what I really looked forward to was a Browns game, so I could see ... him.

That's it. I think it might have been the very first issue I received after joining Cub Scouts. I do remember that getting my very own magazine each month was a huge deal for me and I read them all from cover to cover.

                              Me too.

I had a flat top haircut and wore number 19 in little league football.

                                Interesting use of knee pads.

Here's my 2nd NFL hero... As a kid I was so excited when Herschel Walker came over from the USFL. I still remember I was so excited that he was going to be signing autographs at the Crossroads Mall and had my picture of him ready to go... but that morning I came down with the freaking Chicken Pox and couldn't go!

My favorite NFL RB to watch until Barry Sanders came along. He would plow a defender with his shoulder and his stiff arm was a knockout punch. Then he would help the guy get up.
